CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING

Necessary trainings will be given to the project beneficiaries prior to the establishment of microenterprises as well as later for their skill up-gradation. All the trainings are prerequisite for the sustainable development of these units and are given free of cost in their physical presence either as residential or non-residential. The capacity building programmes will be conducted as: Opportunity Guidance program, Achievement Motivation, Management Training. The trainings are intended for motivation, capacity building, entrepreneurial competency and skill development of each beneficiary.
