Solidarity fund to revive pandemic affected units

This revival package is designed to revamp the pandemic affected units through technology improvement or shift to appropriate business. The component helped to ensure sustainability and profitability of respective micro-enterprise units by choosing an extensive application and up-gradation of new and appropriate technologies for ensuring performance. This revival package allowed each sick unit to get a maximum of Rs.50, 000 as grant, which is the 75 % of the total amount and other 25% will be bank loan or group’s contribution. SAF has provided this grant only against 25% of funds arranged by unit members. In the case of shifting to appropriate business, the units which are not profitable for a long time even after many attempts to make it profitable, had shifted their business to an appropriate one with a proper micro-plan.
